The General Affairs Office is in charge of the tuition programme including the preliminary agreements meeting, protocol management, preparing the Dean’s agenda and managing his/her front-office, managing teaching staff career issues, authorizations for teachers doing extra-mural tuition, running the School Board agenda including preparation of texts for deliberation and sending them on to the relevant offices, preparing the Dean’s decrees, electoral paperwork, drafting of contracts and tutorship nominations, drafting contracts for foreign teachers.

The Secretary's Office cooperates in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the structure, organization and coordination of the whole teaching, administration and accounting.
